We offer our 2-star apartment of 40 m2 with an exterior of 12 m2, equipped for 6 people at your disposal. Private parking is included.
The view is clear on the blue slope of the Saut which will allow you to return "skis on your feet" (depending on the snow) and 50 m from the Voie Lactée chairlift.
A swimming pool, sauna, small fitness area, bar/restaurant, laundry and winter equipment rental are on site (in the residence).

Our home can accommodate 6 guests.

The apartment is composed of:
- A living area featuring a furnished living room with a trundle bed (2 80 x 190 cm sleeping spaces), a coffee table with a fold-up desk top, a small sideboard, a 32-inch TV, a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a countertop refrigerator (set to position 1), a 4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, a single-bowl sink with a drainer, a combination microwave/oven with grill, a griddle, a raclette machine, a No. 4 filter coffee maker (no auto-stop function), a kettle, a toaster, etc.
- an L-shaped balcony accessible from the north and west facing living room with a wonderful view of the Corbier resort and the mountains
- a sleeping area including a bedroom equipped with a double bed 140/190cm with closet; one bedroom with 2 2x80/190 bunk beds with closet - Reminder: the top bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old!
- A bathroom with a tub/shower, vanity, heated towel rail, and a small first aid kit

Guest access
The entire property is at your disposal.
The building access code will be sent no later than the day before your stay by the Conciergerie des Etoiles by SMS or by me urgently.
Ski locker (identical to that of the apartment) in the ski room located on the ground floor of chalet C
Parking space at the indoor parking lot level -1 of the main building, place #121 (roughly in front of you when entering - beware of the pole forest when maneuvering).
The parking access code as well as the parking gate code will be communicated at the same time as the different codes.
Note: To make loading and unloading easier, you can pass through Levels 2 and 4 of the main building, or park temporarily near the residence's reception area and use the metal stairs in winter or the path in summer... Please note: the access road to the residence is quite steep, and sometimes you may need to use chains for this last section!
Accessible common spaces for free or with participation:
- (free) Heated outdoor pool on level 2 of the main building, accessible from December 23rd to April 13 from 3pm to 7pm (except Saturday - rush day of departures/arrivals), and from July 6 to August 31 from 10am to 7pm (to be confirmed). Outside of these periods, the swimming pool is closed - Reminder: Any child swimming is under the responsibility of its parents! - Children <16 years old must be accompanied by their parents In principle a blue bracelet must be worn to identify you as entitled, they are to return in the banner of the entrance to the apartment when you leave. Wearing swimsuit or shorty is required for men. Shower required to limit the use of chlorine!. Provide token or one euro coin for the locker

Other things to note
- For the handover of keys and inventory, go to the entrance of the apartment (self check-in). La Conciergerie des Etoiles can provide you with bed linen, towels, ironing board and iron, etc., for an additional fee. End-of-stay cleaning... PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR STAYS OF 7 CONSECUTIVE DAYS, all linen is PROVIDED + end-of-stay cleaning (within the limits of respecting the work of the cleaning staff) is included...
- Pets not allowed (except service dogs); in the event of non-compliance, an additional €50 will be requested via an AirCover claim (Airbnb service).
- End-of-stay cleaning not done (at your expense); in the event of an issue, an additional charge of €98 will be requested as a claim via AirCover (Airbnb service)
- Please make sure to empty the garbage cans in the outdoor bins below the residence and not in the car parks, emptying the vacuum cleaner bin is not a luxury either.
