The space
The apartment has a large covered patio, through which you can access the apartment, furnished with a table and chairs in solid wood for exclusive use and two sunbeds in the area in front of the patio.
It also has a living room with a beautiful well-equipped kitchen area ( fridge, gas stove and electric multifunction oven ventilated crockery for 4/5 people - plates,glasses and cutlery for 6 people, pots and pans (of various sizes), extendable table and solid wood chairs and a high fireplace (also suitable for embers); the living area has a bookcase with some German and Italian books, a comfortable double sofa bed (mattress length 1.90m), sat-TV ; the double bedroom (mattress length 2m) has a large wardrobe. There is a second nice wardrobe with safe in the corridor to the large bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Guest access
Our beautiful and spacious swimming pool, (12.5 x 6.5 m, completely fenced ė without surveillance !!) is also available to our guests and is open from 1 June to 15 September.
They are also available: a barbecue (charcoal in the woods near the house), unprofessional mountain bikes, a sports climbing wall ( without surveillance ) and for small guests a playground in the woods next to the farmhouse.
The 3-hectare property is within a vast area of unspoilt nature.

Other things to note
The strength of our structure lies also in its location immersed in the nature of the Umbrian countryside.
This entails absolute tranquility (bird noise) and safety for any children/teenagers who can play without car hazards etc. and undisturbed.

At the same time we are just a 5-minute drive to the small shopping centre of Collepepe, where you will find bars, supermarkets and other shops (herbalists, coin laundry, etc.)
