The space
Welcome to Razzett Dhyana, a beautifully restored 350-year-old farmhouse set on 2,500 square meters of land. While it has been lovingly extended over the years, it still retains all its original character, with plenty of thoughtful enhancements to make your stay special.

Razzett Dhyana is located on Gozo, the sister island of Malta. Known as an oasis of tranquility, Gozo is where even the Maltese escape to for a weekend, a week, or even longer. With its lush hills, rural charm, and stunning coastline, Gozo offers a serene contrast to the mainland. The island is a treasure trove of history, culture, and everything you imagine when you think of the “authentic Mediterranean.” The villages here are peaceful havens year-round, and the small village of Ghasri, just outside of which Razzett Dhyana is located, is a perfect example of rustic charm and natural beauty. Nestled on the rise of a valley, our farmhouse offers panoramic views of the countryside—a true sanctuary that even the residents of Ghasri find remarkably peaceful and quiet.

The farmhouse itself is divided into two distinct units. The rental unit is on the ground floor with its own private entrance. Inside, you'll find a spacious arched living room .There is one double bedroom, a large bathroom with a sunken bath, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Outside, you can relax in the hammock area, soak up the sun on the loungers, or enjoy a meal in one of the many outdoor dining spaces equipped with a BBQ. We provide all the essentials, including sheets, linen, and towels, and for stays of a week or longer, maid service is included once a week.

While having a car is not essential, it is recommended for exploring Gozo at your own pace. We offer free private parking for guests. Alternatively, the public transport system is reliable and frequent and there are Uber and Bolt tooand for the more adventurous, hiking, walking, and bicycle rentals are great ways to get around. Many of Gozo’s natural and cultural attractions are within easy reach, some just a leisurely 25-minute walk away (though we don’t recommend doing this under the midday summer sun!).

Guests will have access to over an acre of land to sit under a tree or hang a hammock amongst the trees and swing tranquilly in the breeze and listen to the birds or cicadas.

We are ten minutes away by walk from the village square where the buses pass and where a fully equipped supermarket is. You can also walk down to Wied Ghasri and swim or in winter walk along the the magnificent cliffs and saltpans. Or up to the lighthouse to see sunset.

On arrival the eco tax is to be settled which from 1st July 2026 is Euros 1.50 per person per night
Heating is paid on location in the winter months. We can quote for you separately. Extra activities can be organised at an extra fee paid on arrival. Guided tours, massage, yoga, spa treatments, walking tours, canoeing, horse riding, boat trips.
