At 4330 elevation, guests can relax at the fire pit and listen to the trickling creeks. The area offers year round recreation, with hiking, fishing, biking, snow sports, mountain vistas, a town recreation center with pickle ball, kayaking, water falls, among other nearby attractions. The space
Deer Trail Lodge is a modern, fully remodeled cabin, with new natural hickory wood floors throughout the home, all new high-end furniture, a full suite of new stainless steel appliances, extensive exterior landscaping, a showcase of local art and collectibles, an adjustable base king size mattress in the downstairs master bedroom, and quality mattresses in the remaining three bedrooms . A central HVAC system ensures our guest’s comfort in any season.

Deer Trail Lodge is located near the center of the town of Beech Mountain, just a little over two miles from the Beech Mountain Resort. Enjoy a full day on the slopes by arriving early at the resort, and you will appreciate the short drive home. Hosts provide boot/glove air dyers!
Deer Trail Lodge is located at 4330 elevation on a newly paved road, where cool temps are guaranteed throughout the day in the summer, with temperatures averaging in the 70°s (rarely gets to 80°) and snowfall is welcomed in the winter. In the fall, guests enjoy a blanket of fall color across the local mountain range in October or early November. In the Winter, the mountain is often blanketed on snow! While you relax at the fire pit for a night of clear sky star viewing and s'mores, your furry friend can enjoy fetching a ball in the flat, grassed yard.
🐕🦺PET RESTRICTIONS: Guests can bring two medium sized dogs under 30 lbs. each with no pet fee. Please send a pre-booking inquiry if you desire to bring a dog to confirm acceptance as the hosts require approval to confirm acceptance. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or the furniture and must be indoor dogs, well groomed and brushed prior to stay . A pet crate is provided, and dogs must be crated when guests are not in the home.

Guest access
Guest will access the home using the Schlage Encode Smart lock, and their unique passcode will be assigned as the last four digits of their phone number. Unless arranged otherwise, guest check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.

The property offers city trash removal, and a bear proof bin is provided at the street for city trash removal on Tuesday and Friday.
