Nestled in a private resort cabin community in Pigeon Forge, you'll forget you're only a mile off the parkway, 2 miles from Dollywood & less than 10 miles from the National Park. Our "homey luxury" aesthetic, private back-porch hot-tub, outdoor community pool and many other amenities will make your vacation a truly "Sweet Retreat."

The space
The Sweet Retreat is a 1BR/1BA cabin defined by comfort and luxury. Enter through the front door and find yourself in the beautiful kitchen & living space. The king bedroom can be closed off from the rest of the cabin by large sliding barn doors. The spacious full bathroom is accessed en suite style from inside the bedroom and includes his-and-hers vanities, a soaking tub and shower with both rainmaker and traditional shower heads. Outside, you can enjoy the front porch rocking chairs, or spend a relaxing day on the back porch in the hot tub, grilling out or kicking back in the outdoor recliners.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin except for one small owners closet just inside the front door that will be locked during your stay. {We keep items used by our housekeeping and maintenance staff in this closet, but you’ll have access to everything you could possibly need during your stay!}

-->No Smoking or Vaping in the cabin or on the front porch or back deck or an automatic $500 fee will be charged. If you need to smoke or vape, we ask that you do this in the paved driveway and please dispose of cigarette butts in the outdoor trashcans and not inside the cabin.<--

--> Trash cannot be left on the front porch at anytime due to the presence of wildlife in the greater Pigeon Forge area. Trash can be placed in the locked bear bins in the driveway or in the resort dumpster in the pool area. <--

There are two short, steep hills that you must drive up to access the cabin. All the roads in Brookstone Village are paved and well-maintained by our HOA, but we want all our guests to understand and anticipate these large hills before booking.

We decorate our cabin seasonally for your enjoyment! Photos featured on our listing show our "standard decor" which we keep up January - August. We decorate for fall sometime during the month of September and then decorate for Christmas around Thanksgiving. Christmas decor remains up through Christmas Day and is taken down sometime between Dec 26 and mid January based on availability.

The community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. (*Exact calendar dates may vary each year, but the season is always between these two holiday weekends.)

Neighborhood highlights

Brookstone Village is a private cabin resort community located one mile off the main parkway in Pigeon Forge. Guests have access to the heated, saltwater community pool during the summer season as well as a basketball goal. Mature trees and beautiful hills and ridges give this neighborhood a secluded feel while still being conveniently located to Dollywood and all the attractions of Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas. Please note that while the view off our back deck is a lovely wooded view, we do not have a traditional "mountain view."
