Modern and comfortably furnished, including a private sauna and private spacious garden as well as air conditioning in the bedroom for warm summer days. Habitable in summer and winter. Quietly located, in the immediate vicinity of Ascona/Locarno (about 10 minutes by car).

The space
The approximately 250-year-old Ticino house "il fienile" (haystack) has been completely renovated. On 3 floors, the high-quality furnishings and the modern, tasteful decor ensure above-average comfort throughout the house.

"il fienile" is ideal for 2 people. During the day, you can relax in the picturesque spacious garden in the sun or read an exciting book. Enjoy the atmospheric evenings in the garden in summer - or in the cooler season in the kitchen-living room in front of the fire in the Swedish stove.

Just a stone's throw away, you will find wonderful swimming spots on Maggia and Lake Maggiore, varied hiking and walking routes and of course countless excellent grottos and restaurants.

Ground floor: kitchen-living room with dishwasher, glass ceramic stove, convection oven, fridge, microwave, underfloor heating, Swedish stove.

1st floor: living room and bedroom with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, music system, bathroom with shower/toilet.

Private washing machine/dryer, large private garden with seating area, barbecue, private small Finnish sauna in the garden cottage and special sauna shower. Due to the design and furnishings, the cottage is ideal for 2 people and is not suitable for people with walking disabilities and small children.
