Just mins from hiking & biking trails, local breweries, bakeries, great restaurants & wineries. Only 3.5miles to UofO and 5miles to Autzen Stadium! Central Air and a fenced yard. This home will leave you wanting for nothing. Located in SE Hills, it is a safe part of town & just minutes from Spencer Butte hiking trail.

Lives in Eugene, Oregon
A year in to COVID we decided to leave our old lives behind and AirBnB around the Pacific North West. Eugene was our first stop and we fell in love! It's home to a wonderful university (GO DUCKS!), delicious restaurants and a diverse set of breweries (if you need suggestions, let us know). We didn't find a place we could call home for a few months, but once we found this duplex we knew Eugene would be the place to put down our roots. We hope you enjoy your stay in our duplex and Eugene as a whole!
