A spacious yard houses this serene cabin home. Boasting tons of windows and relaxing spaces. It's 20 min. to Sugarloaf, 50 min. to Saddleback & 2 miles to Flagstaff lake! FOUR seasons of adventure-Ski, snowmobile, fish, hike, bike, golf, swim, boat, dining or just sleeping in. Let us host some R&R in any season. A revitalizing adventure awaits!

The space
Our 'Cabin on the Ridge' is a rustic cabin home tucked in the woods with windows galore. It's a very cozy, clean and comfortable cabin home for up to 6 people. No sharing here!....you have the whole cabin and property to yourselves.

The main floor kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities including a dishwasher. You will have everything you need to cook and serve your meals. We provide basic spices and starter tea and coffee...plus a few extras! There is a large table with bench seating accommodating 6 guests. This table is next to the windows which provides morning, noon and night views.

The main floor is also complete with a large leather couch and two love seats in the living room... with a 55" smart TV. There is an additional large leather sectional in the adjacent living room which showcases the exceptional wooded and mountain view. Plenty of tables for games and snacks. This open main floor is spacious and feels one with the wooded lot.

The cozy second floor open loft area is accessed by a custom iron staircase. This area has a roomy master bedroom complete with a king size bed. In addition, there is a sitting area with a desk and large rounded window providing a birds eye view of the trees and mountain tops.

The lower level has two more private bedrooms with queen size beds. It also has a lounge area and television for an additional relaxing space. The bathroom is complete with a full size tub, washer and dryer.

Situated on a tree lined country quiet road, you will have easy access to a spacious back yard area. In late spring, summer and fall, there is a fire pit in the back yard with seating as well as a outdoor dining table. Cook dinner on the charcoal grill. A large front rock spattered yard and plenty of parking on the circular driveway! It's super private and quiet.

Guest access
The cabin house is a single family cabin home and is only occupied
by you and your registered guests. Reservations for up to 6 guests.
We have contactless check-in using a coded keypad.
The areas of 'owner access only' are the backyard shed and the lower level 'owners closet' under the stairwell.
Our driveway is circular and can easily accommodate up to 4 automobiles.

Other things to note
Flagstaff Lake is just 2 miles to shore! There is a public boat launch if you bring your own boat. With no exaggeration, Flagstaff lake is one of the most beautiful lakes in Maine with its protected shores and mountain backdrops.

This area boasts several of Maine's four thousand 'footers'. We are pleased that our ski mountains nearby (Sugarloaf and Saddleback) had another amazing ski season and are now selling passes for the next season!

During Late Spring, Summer & Fall we have a firepit in the back area with an outdoor picnic table. Our air conditioning is window based and from July 1 to September 15.

Neighborhood highlights

The cabin is in a very private area-It's a wooded and very quiet road. Our view of the mountains is not interrupted by development. We see deer frequently around the cabin.

One fall we saw a bull moose chasing his lady down the driveway. We watched a Momma Fox raising her three kits this spring in our woods. We have a couple of large piliated woodpeckers who fly around frequently. Lots of different types of birds & wildlife to enjoy.

The mountain views are majestic...And the sunrises are absolutely incredible...be sure to set your alarm!
