Access is through a large lobby, on the ground floor there is the living room with wood-burning salamander, dining room, combined kitchen, service area and TV room with electric treadmill from where you can access the heated pool.
The master bedroom is a suite, it is on the first floor and has a reading environment with 42" smart TV. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor facing each other. One of them, with a 32” LED TV, can be set up with a double bed or two single beds. The other bedroom has four single beds and a trundle bed. On the ground floor there are also two full bathrooms and a sofa bed in the TV area.
From inside the house you can access the barbecue area with a covered barbecue, pool/mini billiard table, ping pong and foosball table. In the garden there is another outdoor barbecue in the deck area to enjoy on days when the weather is good. The house is prepared for family enjoyment, there are toys for children of all ages and all safety measures have been considered.
The house is furnished with: 55" curved smart TV in the game room, with Xbox and children's toys. In the bedrooms there are two more smart TVs. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, mixer, toaster, and electric oven. The house also has a laundry area with a washing machine, Wi-Fi and covered parking with three spaces.
The price includes the daily cleaning service from Mondays to Saturdays, done by Monica, who is the housekeeper who lives in front. You can also arrange kitchen and childcare services with her.
Heating: The house is heated by radiators with a central gas boiler. In case of power outages, there is an electric generator to keep the home warm.
Location: It is located near the Puerto Manzano neighborhood on the banks of the Rio Bonito. The distance from the center is 6 km and access to Cerro Bayo is 2 km. From the garden of the house there is a trail that leads to the mouth of the river in Lake Nahuel Huapi (approximately a 40-minute walk).
Safety: The house is inside a 1-hectare condominium that it shares with two other houses. Access is through an electric gate and there are caretakers 24 hours a day.
