Nestled in Maryville, TN with 5 acres of beautiful landscaping with mountain views. Easy access to Smoky Mountain National Park for hiking, fishing, boating, horseback riding, Dollywood, and the Foothills Parkway. At days end come back, take off your shoes and enjoy on-site yard games: corn hole, jenga, twister, walking through our 5 acres, sitting out by spring, or hang out by the pavilion.

The space
Built into 113-year-old barn, this studio loft will amaze you. It is very spacious and has a private balcony. Don’t miss the sunrise from the balcony in the morning. There is a one bedroom apartment built in the barn as well if you need to book additional space. Please note there are stairs to climb. There is a mini fridge in the loft.

Hi I’m Jeremy and my wife is Stephanie. We love hosting people at our stunning property in East TN. Guests will have a opportunity to stay on 13 acres convenient to the great smoky mountains. The property was a old dairy farm complete with a 113 year old barn. We hope our guest will enjoy this little piece of paradise as they enjoy sunrises over the mountains and picnics by the spring.
