The space
This is a guest suite with only one room. Seating area, queen bed and trundle bed with 2 single mattresses. This is attached to our home, so although completely private, noise can be an issue. Quiet neighborhood and important to keep our neighbors happy.

We do have a dog and he might be seen roaming the property.
