Conveniently located near Charlottesville, Wintergreen, and the Blue Ridge Pkwy, this idyllic Craftsman style home offers the perfect opportunity for couples weekends filled with excursions to local wineries, breweries, and restaurants, or quiet family getaways spent exploring the property's woods, lake, and historic Woodson’s Mill. This property offers the best of both worlds and is centrally located to all that the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains has to offer.

The space
The décor is early 20th century antiques with a modern living space and library. We have lots of games, puzzles, books and movies, plus access to Netflix, Hulu, & Amazon Prime.
Each bedroom sleeps a minimum of 2 people, and we have a crib, plus an additional pack and play for infants.

Other things to note
The house is located on the same property as Historic Woodson's Mill, a working Grist Mill built in 1794. Deep Roots Milling rents the mill 10 days a month, culminating in a mill market on Sunday of the first full weekend of each month. The market welcomes local vendors and guests are encouraged to shop during the hours of 12pm-4pm.
