Refurbished,cosy & cute 30m2 two storey apartment, near the beach and w/h all the amenities you could wish for a comfortable short or long stay combined with the feeling of a country place as outside its door one finds a charming 100m2 lemon tree garden. Features a double bed, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and cosy living room,as well as an independant entrance. If you are looking for a home and not merely a house, well you may already found your center place for your Athenian stay!
The space
This beautifully decorated and cosy two storey studio, has a sunny living room with TV and fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery etc.) on the ground floor, and a bedroom with a comfy double bed and spacious wardrobe, as well as a modern bathroom on the upper level. Needless to say there is hot water the whole day and a quick wi fi network. The studio is perfect for a couple, but can also easily can accommodate four people, as its sofa in the living room can be used as beds.
There is a fully independent entrance. I like to be as discreet as possible and give my guests privacy, but am always on hand to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I live in the main house where the studio is located.
Right outside your studio there is a lovely 100m2 garden with a lemon grove, where you can enjoy sitting in the sun, or relaxing in its cool and shady spots. The garden is waiting for you to relax and enjoy having your breakfast al fresco, or a nice romantic dinner on a warm Athenian night. Moreover, BBQ equipment is available for you in case you would like to cook outdoors.
On the same street as the house, you will find little shops for your everyday needs that will make your stay convenient. There is a nice bakery with a large variety of bread, pastries and delicious sweets just across the street, and a mini-market which stays open until late at night (23.00). There is also a supermarket less than a 10 minute walk from my place.
The studio is very quiet as it is located on a quiet suburban street and the only sounds that can be heard, are the chirping of birds sitting on the lemon tree branches in the garden outside your front door.
A very peaceful and safe family neighbourhood, perfect for a relaxing holiday. My studio is just a 10 minute walk from the centre of Glyfada and the beach, and only a short bus journey away from some of the most beautiful beaches of the Athenian Riviera (like Althea, Vouliagmeni, Mavro Lithari and much more), as well as the famous lake of Vouliagmeni. Cape Sounion, with the unique temple of Poseidon, is approximately one-hour drive.
Away from the city, but close enough to visit the historical centre of Athens and all the main sights (30 minute commute). A short bus ride (10-15 minutes) to the nearest metro station of Elliniko, and then 15 minutes on the metro will take you to downtown Athens. If you want to explore the coastline of the city, from Faliro to Voula, just take the tram that passes through the centre of Glyfada.
The Neighbourhood: Glyfada is a prestigious seaside southern suburb of Athens, known for its shopping, fine dining and nightlife. Definitely the place to be in the summer! It has some great lounge cafes by the beach, with amazing sea views, from which you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets of Attica. Although known for its upmarket shops for which Athenians flock from all over the city, there is something for every purse. Glyfada also has some of the best restaurants in Athens, for Greek cuisine and international alike. There is something for every palate! A cosmopolitan area for those who want to enjoy the finer things in life, and for those who love the sea. There are two marinas in the area with numerous yachts, and many young Athenians enjoying the water sports that the area offers. Enjoy the relaxing and beautiful seaside of Athens. A good place to experience the Greek way of life, especially in the summer.

Easy connection with the airport & port.
The access to my place is very easy as there are two 24hr airport express buses that stop near to my place (X97 & X96), and take around 30 minutes.
