Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located fully renovated & upgraded. With space for up to 9 people in this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home.

Enjoy easy access to the Downtown Core, conveniently located just a few min drive to Downtown Edmonton. Roger's Place as well as Commonwealth Stadium if you are in town for events. As a special treat, you are right on the edge of Little Italy & China Town, so make sure you indulge in some of the best authentic restuarants our city has to offer!

This home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a small living room and a kitchen with a dining area.

The top level has 2 bedrooms, each with a Queen Sized bed, work space, and ensuite bathroom.

The main level is where you will find our fully equipped kitchen & dining area. The kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked with all of the kitchen tools and supplies you will need to be able to easily prepare home cooked meals, or enjoy your favourite take out meals. We also provide starter supplies of basic spices, condiments, coffee & tea.

The main level is where the front and side entrances come into the home. Close to the side entrance you will find the in suite laundry facilities available for your use free of charge while staying at this home.

Completing the main level is one bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom including a stand up shower - so if you have any members of your group that prefer to minimize the amount of stairs that they need to use, this would be an excellent room for them to stay in.

In the professionally finished basement you will find 2 bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed & the other has a single bed. There is a small living room space with a TV and 2 chairs, and a full bathroom with bathing facilities for the people staying on this level.

This listing is part of a duplex, and both sides are available for booking through Pear Properties - message us for the link to the attached side if you are looking for accommodations for a larger group than this home can accommodate. Each half of the duplex is exclusively contained, so you will be in your own independent space. Both properties have 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and their own dedicated access doors. The only spaces that are shared are the outdoor areas (parking pad in the back / public street parking out front).

The areas around this property have some one way traffic streets, and restricted parking zones. Please ensure you are obeying all posted signage.

The street parking out front is public parking, and first come first serve.

The Parking pad at the back of the home is available to be used for both suites in this property. Please be respectful in sharing the space. We do not have marked stalls, but each listing at this property is entitled to half of the parking pad space.

Due to property's inner city downtown location, some city noise, including traffic and nightlife, may be present.

This property has four exterior doors: two for this listing (back and south side) and two for a separate listing.

The security system can be disarmed during your stay. Guests are responsible for any false alarm fees.

All guests and pets (staying or visiting) must be included in your booking. Unbooked guests, visitors, pets, or parties are not permitted. While we are pet-friendly, please note cats are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in a $500 fee per cat. If you’re bringing a pet, request our pet etiquette details before booking to understand expectations.

A pack-and-play and high chair are available upon request.

Please refrain from using the property address for mail, as we cannot access the mailbox. For deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up arrangements.

Our cancellation policy is as posted. For added protection, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.

For stays of 30 nights or more, we offer a complimentary mid-stay cleaning every 30 days to maintain a comfortable environment.

We cannot be responsible for personal belongings left behind. Please check thoroughly before departure.
