The space
The light filled spacious kitchen and open plan living & dining area is cooled and heated by a reverse cycle air conditioner/heat pump.

The Living & Dining area has a comfy lounge and dining table that will seat six guests. A flat screen television and ceiling fan completes this open plan area.

The kitchen is well equipped and has brand new appliances throughout and ample storage and preparation space.

The Main Bedroom has a Cozy King Bed, large, mirrored wardrobe and a flat screen television. Side draws with individual bedside lamps. Portable fan and heater.

Bedroom two has a Comfy Double Bed, Large, mirrored wardrobe and side draws with individual bedside lamps. Portable fan and heater.

Bedroom three, perfect for children or adults alike, has two King Single Beds, a large wardrobe and a single side draw with a bedside lamp. Portable heater.

The outdoor deck is at the front of the Villa. Here you can relax, take in glimpses of the ocean and cook on the electric barbeque. The rear yard is fully fenced, and parking is available at the front of the property.

The laundry has a washing machine iron & ironing board. The bathroom has a shower with a separate toilet.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole Villa with the exception of a locked cupboard and garage.

Self-check in is via a locked key box.

Bed linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided.
