Stay in the house where “The Idea of You” movie staring Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine was recently filmed. Walk to great restaurants, shops, the Atlanta Beltline, Piedmont Park and Ponce City Market. Enjoy an amazing street-level porch perfect for relaxing and people-watching. The home is 2 stories, with the master bedroom suite on the top floor. The 2 other bedrooms are on the main level and each has their own bathroom. The home includes two office areas and a fully furnished kitchen.

The space
This is a dream VH craftsman home with a master suite on the top floor and two additional bedrooms on the main level. With an open floorplan, you have access to a beautifully renovated kitchen with a 6 burner stainless steel gas stove/oven, french-door refrigerator, pots/pans and cooking utensils. The front of the house features a glassed-in sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee if you are not already sitting on the fabulous front porch. In the back of the house, you will enjoy a den with a fireplace that seats six comfortably and a casual eating area joining the den and kitchen. For a more formal dining experience, you also have a dining room with a custom-built maple wood table that seats eight. You will have access to two separate workstations with desks and enjoy high-speed fiber internet. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The upstairs master suite has a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Do note that the master bedroom does not have a door as it's the only space on that floor. Also included is a private sitting room off the master in case you need a private escape. Each bedroom has a smart television that connects to all of the latest apps. Reservations with children require prior authorization since our house is not child-proofed.

Guest access
You will have access to the main level and top floor of the house. You will also have access to the front porch and rear deck.

Other things to note
There are two other Airbnb studios in the basement. Those units have separate entrances. You likely will not see other guests while you are there. Do note that it is against house rules to host parties in this house. When you are not staying here, this is our private residence. We love this house and ask that you treat it as you would your own. Also, please note our house is not child proof and requires prior authorization for reservations with children.
