Step into a Tuscany Escape & transport yourself into the Italian lifestyle! This beautiful Estate is in the heart of Gilroy's wine country! Designed with entertaining in mind, this home can host large groups of people comfortably around the pool, tennis court (under repairs), or various sitting areas around the property!

Tuscany Escape is a perfect spot for corporate functions, family reunions, bridal showers, social luncheons, or a sunset cocktail hour. Please no loud music after 9 PM. Thanks

The space
With exceptional finishes such as African Mohagany cabinets, a gourmet chef's kitchen, travertine floors with radiant heat throughout the main home, high-end Italian stonework throughout the house, vaulted 14ft ceilings, and so much more! This home won’t disappoint! The main home is 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms and approximately 5600 square feet with a lot size of over 40 acres of land.

Guests have access to the main house and all amenities. For your convenience during your stay, we offer white chairs and 60" round tables for rent. The cost is $7 per chair and $20 per round table. Feel free to message us for more details, and payments can be made outside of Airbnb through our invoice system.


*****IMPORTANT: This private property is a luxury with connections to nature. Make sure you review the house manual information before arriving. This is not a place for outside DJs or any LOUD events after 9 pm. This is a very strict area, and if you plan on hosting a loud party, it will get shut down. No firewood, firecrackers, or any similar kinds due to restricted fire hazards. If you have questions, please message me to discuss further. *****

Propane use: The property operates on a propane system. Heating the pool typically takes 4-5 hours, with a total cost of approximately $1500 for a full day's use of propane. If guests wish to have the pool heated, kindly inform us in advance before booking, and an additional fee will be applied. Thank you for your understanding!

Water use: Our property operates on a natural water well system with beneficial minerals, enhanced by a water softener for extra filtration. If you notice reduced water flow during your extended stay, it might be due to heavy usage by your group or sand clogging our filters. Please inform us, and we'll promptly refill the water and inspect the filters.

Guest access

Propane Use Notice: We provide propane for the grill and firetable. For any additional usage, guests kindly purchase it themselves. There are several hardware stores within a 6-mile radius. Please understand that we've had guests overusing the propane, leading us to discontinue this service due to the increased cost of propane. Thank you for your understanding.

Just a quick 10-minute drive to downtown Morgan Hill! Discover great dining spots like Odeum, Rosy’s, Ladera, or catch a show at the Granada Theater. For a more intimate setting, you'll find Corde Valle Golf Club just around the corner, visible from your property's peak!

Please be advised that for events with more than 50 guests, event insurance is required for each day of the event, along with a $2,000 deposit. The deposit is fully refundable upon adherence to the rules and no damage to the property.
