Third-floor apartment (no elevator – two flights of stairs) with a beautiful view of Memorial and Bellevue Avenue.

NEWLY RENOVATED and fully equipped — everything is brand new!

1 spacious king bedroom facing Bellevue Ave, featuring a dresser for your belongings, a bedside phone charger, TV, and A/C.

Bright, comfortable living room with a sofa bed — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Newport.

Full kitchen with all amenities: microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, and refrigerator.

Three TVs throughout the apartment (one in each bedroom and one in the living room).

Located just 1 mile from Easton’s Beach (1st Beach).

Only 0.5 miles to the Wharfs (Bannister’s, Bowen’s), where you’ll find some of Newport’s best restaurants: The Mooring, 22 Bowen’s, The Red Parrot, The Clarke Cooke House, and The Black Pearl.

0.5 miles to Upper Thames, filled with pubs, bars, arcades, ice-cream shops, and convenience stores.

0.9 miles to the Visitor Center, where all trolley and bus tours depart, right next to Perrotti Park, where the boat and ferry tours begin.

1 mile to Newport Shipyard.

PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED with the apartment rental.

Summer Season in Newport (May 1 – Oct 31):

Pay-by-plate street parking and paid public lots are available nearby.

We also offer paid private parking off-premises in a secure gated lot behind the building for $35 per night (paid in advance).

This private lot has one space per apartment.

Payment must be made before 3 PM so we can confirm your spot and provide the remote control and parking instructions.

Winter Season (Nov 1 – Apr 30):

Free street and public parking are available, though not guaranteed, as the streets are narrow.

For peace of mind, you can still reserve our private lot for $35 per night year-round.

⚠️ Important Reminder

Please do not wait until the last minute to decide about parking. While free street parking may be available, we strongly recommend using our private lot instead of other paid options — one guest was charged $120 for just 16 hours at the Bellevue Garden Shopping Center.

We kindly ask guests to plan ahead and send the parking payment on time. Some guests have arrived late at night asking for parking access without paying in advance. To ensure a smooth check-in, please reply to our parking messages promptly — we want to make sure you have all the information you need before your arrival.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Fine: $1,000

Party confetti is not allowed anywhere on the property (building or apartments). Fine: $200

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises (building or apartments). Fine: $250

Pets are not allowed. If this rule is not followed, a $200 fine will be charged.

🧺 Laundry

Shared washer/dryer between Apartments 2 and 3.

Operates with coins: $2 to wash, $2 to dry (quarters only).

Laundry detergent is not provided.

We have a maintenance and cleaning crew available if you need anything during your stay.

Neighborhood highlights

The highlights about this neighborhood is for sure the Tennis Hall of Fame and The Mansions on Bellevue Ave. Historic and beautiful places to visit!
I would add Cliff Walk and the restaurants downtown with harbor view.
It’s hard to beat this location!!
