This charming home is newly remodeled from floor to ceiling with beautiful and tasteful finishes and is ideally located just a few minutes from the beach and a 5-minute walk to State St in downtown Santa Barbara, CA.

In this cozy getaway you'll find everything you're looking for in a vacation home: from an inviting outdoor space to a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a fully equipped office, comfortable bedrooms, and even walkability to the beach as well as shops, bars, and restaurants!

The space
The entire home was recently remodeled to be aesthetically stunning as well as functional so you will feel like you are right at home. We wanted to provide everything that a small family or couple would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, even a gourmet coffee maker, and top of the line appliances including a 36” inch gas range that will have you looking forward to preparing meals. There will also be plenty of towels and linens to make your stay comfortable, plus a brand-new Samsung washer and dryer. Please note the primary bedroom with the king bed and private bath are you a steep flight of stairs. The main floor primary with the queen bed can be used as the main if someone wants to eliminate stairs.
