This upper-floor efficiency loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. The unit features a queen bed, full kitchen, a kitchen table for two, and a glamorous tiled bathroom with a stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco charm, it’s a cozy “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay.

Please note: the loft is stair-access only.

Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.

Guest access
Due to ongoing construction, 1st Street is temporarily closed to vehicles, but the sidewalk remains open for easy access to the entrance. The loft is on the second floor and must be accessed by stairs—look for the door marked “1st Street Lofts” next to the alley gate on 1st Street. Nearby public parking areas are just steps away.
