Relax with the whole family on the main floor of this peaceful ranch style home. The layout includes a full kitchen, two bedrooms with queen beds, as well as two full baths. There is also a large fenced in back yard and a big back deck although deck furniture is put away during the winter months. Watch the sunset out the large west facing windows while relaxing in front of the electric fireplace. Responsible pet owners are welcome.

The space
You will have complete private access to the entire main floor of this home. However, the lower level is reserved for use by the female host who may or may not be in residence. The stairwell between the two levels is completely blocked off to ensure a separate and private stay.

Also, please note that although this is a comfortable, safe, clean, and pleasant place to stay, some areas of the house do show signs of wear. Some areas may be scuffed or need painting but it remains a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Just keep in mind that it is a work in progress.

There is a lot of wildlife in the area. You may encounter some turkeys crossing the street or deer in the backyard on occasion. It is a very quiet and safe neighborhood with mostly retiree residents.
