This beautiful, charming villa, spread over 150 m², is located in Bale-Valle near the town of Rovinj (8 min. by car) on the west coast of Istria, and only 5 km from the sea. Relax with a private pool, sun loungers and outdoor shower. An outdoor dining area and a BBQ are also available. This holiday home is the ideal size for a relaxing holiday in Istria with your family. Shops such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and much more are only a 5-minute walk away.

The ground floor of the villa has a living area with TV, air conditioning and a cozy kitchen with a nice dining area for 6 to 8 people with a view and exit to the terrace with pool. A bathroom is also located on the ground floor. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, TV and air conditioning.
