The apartment has a perfect location! Just over the bridge, you are minutes to all Mt. Pleasant and Downtown Charleston has to offer! The space has lots of natural light and charm. Plenty of space to cook in the full kitchen. Great sized bedroom with king size bed. Tons of storage. Couch is a pull-out in case someone snores! Laundry is hidden in the closet.

Boat ramp is a few blocks away. If you do need to park your boat on property there will be a $25 per night charge.

Updated, clean, and spacious above garage apartment. This is a true one bedroom apartment with full a kitchen and laundry in unit. Just over the Ravenel bridge in Mount Pleasant!

Other things to note
This is a fully detached above garage apartment. It is not attached to my main house! The driveway to get to the back unit is long and narrow-ish. Most large trucks have to fold in their mirrors. Can only access unit through stairs.
