Enjoy our expansive 1,600 sq ft newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 3-bath home just steps from one of the most iconic beaches in San Diego's famed North County. Our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests & is within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and the Del Mar Plaza. Ideally located, our home is less than 2 miles from the Del Mar Race Track close to La Jolla, Cardiff, Encinitas, & Carlsbad.

A 13% county tax will be charged at time of booking.

The space
Our home was recently remodeled in 2022 with brand new, high-end furnishings and fixtures. At 1,600 square feet plus ample outdoor space, it is perfect for large families or cozy gatherings.

Starting with the interior, there is a large living room with high-vaulted ceilings, separate dining area, and well-appointed kitchen with awning windows that open to the rear patio and bar which boasts a covered outdoor kitchen, BBQ, separate dining area, fire pit and additional seating area.

We have three bedrooms that comfortably sleep up to 8 people. The master bedroom features a king size pillow-top bed with two walk-in closets, en-suite bath with double vanity, oversized shower, and vaulted ceiling with natural light spilling in through a skylight.

The second bedroom has a vaulted ceiling and features two queen size beds and a private bath.

The third bedroom boasts two twin beds plus a small loft area perfect for kids to play in.

Guest access
Guests can easily park on-site in our two car garage and the private driveway. We also have a Tesla charger in the garage. Getting into the house is easy as each guest will be given a special access code for the duration of their stay.

Getting around Del Mar is very easy. From our home, you can walk to the beach or to lots of shops, restaurants, and dining options on Camino Del Mar or at the iconic Del Mar Plaza.

Other things to note
Separate from your room reservation, guests will be charged a 13% transient accommodation taxes on their room rate. This is a tax that hosts are required to pay to the city. We do not profit off this. It will be charged separately as a trip-related expense at time of booking.
