Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Rustic Elegance tops this Treehouse cabin just a mile from Stockton Lake Dam and 2.5 miles to Stockton Town Center. Enjoy total privacy in this wooded scene looking out over the neighbors cattle as well deer and turkey. Sitting on Bear Creek which is spring fed and a kayak is available to explore the creek for a small fee. Fire pit and Weber grill help round out your evenings pleasures. Grocery store, gas station, restaurants, and shopping are all within 10 minutes. Outside electric included.

Other things to note
Dogs only are welcome but a weight limit of 25lbs. Dogs must be on a leash at all times as we have 50 range free chickens roaming the property as well as two horses that could cause harm to a dog off a leash. Dogs cannot be left in the cabin or porch alone as we have had dogs left and lots of scratches on sills and countertop as well as scratches on furniture.
Dog cleaning fee is $35 per stay for extra cleaning of dog dander.

Country setting on our horse/chicken ranch. Branson just 2 hours south. Springfield, Bass Pro World Hdqtrs, and The Aquarium are all just an hour south for a day trip as well Fantastic Caverns 45 minutes south for a refreshing during our hot summer days.

Welcome to the country and lake living. We have 10 acres with 2 horses, 3 small dogs, four cats and 30+ chickens. We live in a 100 year old farmstead bordering Bear Creek just 1 mile from Stockton Lake Dam. Although we indicated children 2-12 as our ONLY option. We cannot suggest that any child under 6 or 7 be safe in our treehouse without constant supervision. We have added a Badminton Court and plan horseshoe pits in the near future. Treehouse includes about 1 1/2 acres of mowed ground for throwing around a ball. Pictures as progress continues. Less than 10 minutes from town center, restaurants, grocery store, gas stations, and many other attractions. My pillow mattress topper makes for a great night's sleep.
