Guest Access at Benton Place
You'll have full access to the entire home during your stay, including all indoor and outdoor living spaces. The backyard is fully fenced, offering privacy and a cozy retreat with plenty of seating and seasonal amenities like the hot tub (October–April)
🚗 Parking is easy! The uncovered driveway accommodates 2–3 vehicles, with additional street parking available.
🔒 For your convenience, a few locked cabinets and closets are reserved for supplies, but everything else is yours to enjoy.

House Rules & Important Notes
✔️ Minimum Age to Book: Guests must be at least 25 years old.
✔️ Quiet Neighborhood: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels low and refraining from parties.
✔️ Guest Limit & Additional Fees:
• Maximum of 6 guests at all times.
• $50 per additional guest/child per night for extra overnight guests.
✔️ No Pets: 🐾 Pets are not allowed. If you have a service animal, please inform us before booking.
✔️ No Smoking or Vaping: 🚭 Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the front and back porches.
✔️ Security Cameras: For safety, our home has two hard-wired exterior cameras monitoring entry points, plus a solar-powered camera facing the back alley. These must remain active at all times.
✔️ No Third-Party Bookings: The person booking must stay at the home for the full duration of the reservation.
✔️ Seasonal Hot Tub: ♨️ Open October – April.
