Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio downtown Forest City. This cute, upstairs unit provides all the necessities and the prime location means it's just a short walk to shopping, restaurants, Waldorf University, Winnebago Industries, public library and so much more!

The space
This studio apartment is completely private and quiet. Smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, hot plate, and toaster oven. Comfortable, yet sun faded, easy chair and alarmclock with wireless charging sit next to the queen bed.

Guest access
A shared hallway for all tenants takes you to your private studio apartment inside a commercial building that includes 2 additional apartments. This also an entry for clients heading to their spa service at Rejuvenate Boutique.

Other things to note
Plenty of parking is available in the city parking lot at the entrance to the apartment. An overnight parking permit is provided.
We just upgraded the bed to a queen size mattress to better fit your comfort needs.
