3 bedroom duplex apartment on Barmouth harbour with stunning panoramic views across the Mawddach Estuary!

Perfect for both families and couples, the apartment can sleep up to 6 guests. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk away, with pubs, restaurants and ice cream not far from the door!

The apartment comes with parking passes for 2 vehicles (car park just 2 mins away), that can also be used on long stay car parks across Gwynedd.

We hope our guests love staying here as much as we do!

The space
The apartment is a modern apartment with three bedrooms. It is situated on Barmouth harbour and the living area offers beautiful views over the Mawddach Estuary. Just a short walk to the beach and the attractions that Barmouth's offers.

The apartment is split over two floors. The first floor offers open plan living space with the harbour views along with one double bedroom.

The living area has a sofa and an armchair and a bench seat around the window. We have a dining table which can be opened and placed in the window bay for seated dining. There are folding chairs to provide seating for a family.

The master bedroom, with a king sized bed, and the twin room are on the lower floor along with the family bathroom. All bedrooms have windows allowing natural light to flow through.

There is a very useful courtyard space which can be used to store bikes securely. There is an outbuilding in the courtyard that houses a washing machine.

There is a rear entrance onto the lower floor.

Guest access
Parking passes are available so you will have free parking during your stay. The car park is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
