✹This 11th floor 2 bedroom/2 bath condo at Majestic Sun offers endless views of the Emerald Coast from the living space, the master bedroom, and the oversized balcony.
✹In early 2022, the property received some new furniture, new mattresses, new paint, and new Smart TVs!
✹Dedicated Parking Space in the "Owner's Garage" under the building - very convenient!
✹The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops - FULLY STOCKED with "more than the basics" so you and your group can prepare delicious meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
✹The living room has a Queen sleeper sofa, plenty of seating, beachy decor, a large 55" Smart TV with cable and streaming access, and, best of all, those HUGE Gulf views!
✹The attached balcony space offers room for dining and relaxing while you soak in the sights and sounds of the Emerald Coast.
✹Adjacent to the living room, the Primary bedroom is bright and beachy with a king bed with a new award-winning Helix mattress and adjustable base (2024), smart TV, large closet, and bathroom with dual vanity and a brand new walk in shower.

Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!
MANY restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away including:

☆☆OTHER INFO AND RULES☆☆
✹Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service and routine inspections. In response to the horrific collapse of the Champlain Tower in Miami, Majestic Sun building management is planning a detailed structural inspection. At this time, routine maintenance and inspections reveal no apparent indication of structural weakness or water damage at Majestic Sun at this time. In addition, Majestic Sun is 17 years old (vs. 40+ years old for the Champlain tower) and built to a different/superior code from 40 years ago. The 2018 Champlain Towers inspection indicated a number of deficiencies pertaining to concrete deterioration such as spalling and structural cracking. There were apparently a number of areas where water could penetrate the building.
✹Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.
