This stylish, loft-style apartment is a perfect spot! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a living room with a 55 in TV, and a pack-and-play. The unit is in Winthrop, a walkable small town in Riverview. It’s on the second story above cute shops (there is no elevator). It’s within 2-5 min walk to 7 restaurants, a Publix grocery, and more. It’s next to two popular event venues: Winthrop Barn Theater and The Regent. A great spot if you're attending events there. It's 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa.

The space
This is a family-run Airbnb. I live next door, and this is the only Airbnb I run. My sister's family stays in the home part of the year, and I list the property on Airbnb when they are not home. I love my walkable community of Winthrop, and I host on Airbnb because I love to share my community with folks visiting the area. This is a home, not a hotel.

The modern apartment has three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms--one of which has a bathtub. It has a portable pack-and-play for a toddler. The living room includes an open floor plan with a living room, kitchen, bar, and dining table. There is an outdoor patio with room to eat, work, or relax while watching the gorgeous Florida sunsets.

I am committed to non-toxic living. Two of the beds are 100% organic mattresses by Avocado. The sheets for the Guava Family pack-and-play are 100% organic cotton. There is a high quality Berkey water filter in the kitchen. I avoid harsh, toxic chemicals that hotels use, so you may see gentle wear and tear in the home that you might not see in a hotel.

Your apartment is in a building with several other units, and you share walls with two other units. Because of the nature of the building, you can sometimes hear your neighbors. I live next door to you, and your neighbors on the other side have little kids. For this reason, I have a strict no-party rule. I ask that you have quiet hours beginning at 10pm where there is no loud music or noise after 10pm.

The unit is on the second story. You must use stairs to reach the front door of the unit on the second floor. There is no elevator.

Guest access
The unit is on the second story, above several charming retail shops, including a dress boutique, barber shop, and popular plant shop! You will walk up one flight of stairs to reach the front door of the unit. There is no elevator.

To enter, you go through a door on the first floor and walk up the stairs that are indoors. At the top of the stairs, you reach the front door to the unit.

There is unlimited, free, street parking in front of the building, which is available 24/7. The parking lot is usually fairly empty. The building is located next door to a popular event venue, so sometimes at nights and on weekends the parking lot can be more full than other times.

You share a stairwell to your front door with another Airbnb unit. Each unit has its own front door. You share the hallway with the other Airbnb unit, but you do not share any other spaces.
