The space
One of the most unique places to stay in Fredericksburg!
The large patios are great for entertaining and back up into wilderness. Watch the deer and hummingbirds while you soak in the hot tub. This creates a relaxing retreat even though you are just a short walk to Main Street.
There is one master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, two additional bedrooms, an additional bathroom in the center of the home, and a large queen sized pullout sofa bed, if needed. Please indicate if you will be using the sofa bed at the time of booking.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the property, including the fenced-in side yard, backyard, fire pit, and hot tub.

Off-street parking is located in the driveway, prohibition of parking on unimproved areas.
