The space
The Bungalow sits at the highest point of the Marble Ridge Winery property with beautiful views of our historic barns and vineyard. This charming farmhouse dates back to the early 1900s, while the farm itself has roots going back to 1680. The building was thoughtfully renovated to create a comfortable and private guest space while preserving the character of the property.

The Bungalow has a private entrance, and parking is located in the main lot just a short walk from the bungalow.
Inside you’ll find a cozy downstairs bedroom with seating, closet space, laundry room, and flat-screen TV. Upstairs features a combined living and kitchen area along with a full bathroom.
The kitchen includes a full stove and oven, microwave, Keurig machine, two refrigerators (one mini and one slightly larger with a small freezer compartment), and basic cookware and dishware for your stay. Wine from Marble Ridge Winery is also available for purchase if you’d like to enjoy a bottle during your visit. (overnight guests receive 10% off)
The bathroom features a high-pressure rain shower head. There is also a comfortable sofa bed upstairs and an enclosed three-season porch with seating and a dining area overlooking the historic barns.
Guests are welcome to stroll through and enjoy the vineyard and grape trellises, which are shared outdoor spaces on the property. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. The lawn area directly surrounding the Bungalow is not available for guest use.
Please note that the Bungalow is located near the winery owners’ private pool and patio area, which is not available for guest use. Due to the entrance stairs, interior staircase, and proximity to the pool area, the Bungalow may not always be the best fit for very young children.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the Bungalow through a gated entrance that leads up a set of exterior stairs to the enclosed porch entry.
Parking is located in the main lot on the property, which is a short walk from the Bungalow.

Please note the Bungalow is located next to the winery owners’ private pool and patio area, which are not available for guest use.
Due to the exterior entrance stairs, interior staircase within the unit, and proximity to the pool area, the Bungalow may not always be the best fit for very young children. (we have two other guesthouses on the property as well)

Other things to note
The Bungalow is located on the property of Marble Ridge Winery, a boutique winery and small event venue set on a historic farm estate in North Andover.
Our historic 1800s barn houses the winery tasting room and event space where we host wine tastings Friday through Sunday and occasional private events.
The property also includes two additional guesthouses, creating a peaceful but active farm setting. Guests are welcome to stroll through the vineyard and enjoy the shared outdoor areas of the property while being mindful of other guests and neighbors. (see map for details)
The Bungalow is designed as a relaxing retreat best suited for couples, and friends.
Our tasting room is open Friday through Sunday where guests can enjoy wine tastings, wine by the glass, seasonal sangria, and charcuterie. All overnight guests receive a complimentary wine tasting and 10% off wine bottle purchases.
Wine tasting details: During your stay, you’re welcome to request a wine tasting delivered to your guesthouse. We offer weekday deliveries between 3–5 pm, Friday from 5–8 pm, Saturday from 1–8 pm, and Sunday from 1–5 pm. We simply ask for 24 hours’ notice to schedule your tasting. We do not enter the guesthouse — we will meet you at the front door with your tasting, notes, and wine so you can enjoy it privately.
You’re also welcome to head down to the tasting room at your leisure during open hours (no reservation needed). Just let the server know you’re staying in the guesthouse and they will take care of you with your complimentary tasting. 🍷
Bridal Party Getting Ready at the Bungalow: If you are getting married on-site or nearby and would like to use the Bungalow to get ready with your bridesmaids, this has been a great option for many of our guests and is an approved activity. We simply ask that you let us know ahead of time how many people will be joining you to get ready.
Please note that the Bungalow accommodates 2 overnight guests only, and the maximum car limit is 2 vehicles. Anyone coming to get ready may park temporarily while they are here, but their vehicle must leave the property promptly once they depart.
We monitor parking closely to ensure there is no interference with our other guesthouses or winery operations, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please note: If you select the non-refundable booking option, reservation changes cannot be accommodated due to our cleaning and booking schedule. If you would like to extend your stay, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate based on availability.
