Our Mill is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Morvan Nature Reserve, where the mill is located, is one of the two cleanest air regions in France. We are located in a network of hiking and biking trails, the Parc naturélle regional du Morvan. On our property you can see many animals from kingfishers to water snakes, here you can unwind, recharge your batteries and get inspired. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Where you’ll be

Saint-Didier-sur-Arroux, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France

Nearby is Bibracte, a former Gallic place where Julius Caesar met with Gallic tribes. There you can visit excavations and a museum. Also nearby is Beaune, a very pretty, interesting town. In Beaune there is the Chateau de Savigny, which with its affiliated technology museum is also an interesting excursion destination. From Beaune, the Rout de grands crus begins, an approx. 60 km long wine route where the fine wines are grown. Of course, there are many wine cellars where you can taste and buy the wine. If you love cheese, you can visit the Gaugry cheese factory at Beaune and buy delicious cheese and other delicacies. Dijon is at the other end of the Route de grands crus and is also worth a trip. The many restaurants and cafes let you enjoy the "savoir vivre", especially recommended is the market hall in the center.
