Our bright, airy, & spacious casita offers sweeping panoramic views & unmatched serenity. Just a 4-mile drive from downtown Paso Robles, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds – tranquility and easy access to charming boutiques, world renowned restaurants and world-class wines.

Tucked into 16 private acres, the newly renovated Eastwood Casita is a sun-drenched sanctuary that blends laid-back luxury with vintage soul. Thoughtfully curated with second-hand treasures, locally sourced furnishings, and one-of-a-kind vintage finds, every detail creates a collected-over-time aesthetic that feels effortlessly stylish and deeply grounded.

The open-concept design strikes a balance between cozy comfort and airy spaciousness, styled with a blend of mid-century charm, contemporary details, and relaxed boho vibes. Statement pieces—like a retro electric fireplace and authentic Moroccan handwoven rugs—create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The king-sized platform bed is dressed in soft linen, plush pillows, and layered textures for a restful and luxurious night’s sleep.

Panoramic vineyard views flood the space with natural light by day, while in the evenings, you can pour a glass of wine, spin a vinyl on the vintage record player, or play a round of foosball. This is wine country living at its most charming and relaxed.

As a guest of Eastwood Casita, you’re invited to enjoy a private tasting experience at the estate winery just steps away. Surrounded by the very vines you’ve been waking up to, the tasting is intimate, curated, and designed to be the highlight of your time in wine country. Advance reservations are required and details are provided after booking.

We have a strict no secondary guest policy—only registered guests are allowed on the property or in the house. This includes no outside visitors, dinner guests, or service providers.

This is important, please read!

The rental is shoeless.

*No guests/visitors may be on our property at anytime. We are very strict about this- doing so WILL result in forfeiting the remainder of your reservation, without a refund.

The water is straight from the well and therefore bottled water is required for drinking and making coffee. A gallon will be on the rental to start you off.

There is no smoking on the property at all.

Our toilets are on a septic system, meaning everything flushed is stored in an underground tank. Please only flush the toilet paper we provide. Nothing else can go down safely. No WIPES, No FEMININE PRODUCTS, no KLEENEX, doing so will result in the toilet getting stuffed up /overflow and will result in a 200.00 fine.

Please be aware that the site of this property while conveniently located is rural. Our vineyard is a natural habitat for many small animals. We actually encourage natural wildlife for many sustainably practices. We cannot be responsible for any inconveniences this may cause.

This is also a working vineyard/winery
property. We make no apologies for tending to our vineyard and making wine
on our property. If you’re lucky enough to witness activities consider it a look into a winery lifestyle.

Hi there!! There’s no place quite like the friendly down-home, authentic feel of Paso Robles. Additionally, the area boasts amazing landscape from rolling hills, dotted with oak trees to stunning vineyards, world class wineries and an incredible restaurant scene. All set in an unpretentious, small town setting. I moved to “Paso” from the Bay Area in 2009 and completely love our community. I’m passionate about my family’s estate vineyard and winery on the westside. I love to share my enthusiasm with all travelers to Paso both in wine and hospitality. Your enjoyment is my priority!!
