Welcome to enjoy a lovely accommodation by the shores of Lake Näsijärvi, near the center of Tampere! The loft is beautiful and bright. You have 135 m2 apartment: living room, well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, own sauna, free wifi and 1 free park. The scenery is stunning!

The space
The building is unique: a beautiful, red-brick, 125-year-old Lapinniemi cotton mill that has been renovated into a spa.

Our apartment is tastefully decorated with stylish surfaces. The ground floor is 97 m2, and there's an additional 38 m2 loft.

The ceiling height in the ground floor is up to 4.5 meters, with the lowest point in the loft being around 1.5 meters. The ground floor consists of a master bedroom, a bedroom/office, a living room, a kitchen, a sitting area, a sauna, a bathroom, 2 toilets, and an entrance hall. The second floor includes a third bedroom, a hallway, and 2 additional sleeping spaces with comfortable mattresses if needed.

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, and we provide large and small towels, bathrobes, quality bedding, pillows, and blankets for everyone. We can set up a baby travel crib with bedding in the room of your choice.

The lighting is versatile, allowing you to adjust it to your preferred ambiance. Three air heat pumps ensure comfortable living year-round.

The apartment includes free Wi-Fi and a private sauna. Prior to your arrival, we will send you the Lapinniemiloft guide with detailed instructions on how to use the sauna and appliances.

Our apartment is located in a historical spinning mill building in Lapinniemi, right on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi, close to everything. Whether you're coming to Tampere for work or leisure, whether you're spending your vacation shopping, visiting an amusement park, enjoying the spa, exploring culture or engaging in sports, our apartment is your idyllic home throughout your visit to Tampere.

On the ground floor of the building, you'll find a hotel, restaurant, pizzeria, R-kiosk, meeting facilities, and more. The building serves as both a hotel and a residence: the residential floors house both vacation units and hotel rooms, as well as permanent residents.

Our apartment is situated on the 5th floor. The location is very peaceful, safe, and the neighborhood is friendly. Lapinniemi is a nature-rich district where the lake is always close by.

✔ In the summer, the view is like the Riviera: a shimmering line of sailboats and boats in the sunshine.
✔ You can enjoy food and drinks right on the lakeside at the spa's summer terrace.
