The space
Welcome to this cozy river cottage, where laughter and relaxation flow like the river itself! With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's the perfect escape for two families to have a blast. The living area opens up to a kitchen that'll make your taste buds dance, while the amazing back deck invites you to sip coffee with the sunrise or enjoy a cocktail under the stars. This place is loaded with goodies, from a fully-stocked kitchen to beach towels, linens, and even brand-spankin' new appliances. Oh, and did we mention the wood-burning fireplace? It's perfect for cozy nights and marshmallow toasting! The primary suite boasts stunning river views and a shower so relaxing, it'll transport you to a tropical paradise (minus the ticket price). Outside, prepare to be wowed by a giant composite deck with comfy seating, a live edge bar top (fancy!), a flat top grill (cue the sizzling sounds), three kayaks for adventurous souls, life jackets for safety buffs, and easy access to the water via your very own private dock. Get ready to soak up the sun, make memories, and enjoy every moment at this riverfront oasis.

Guest access
Guests can self-check in with the keypad on the door after 4pm. You can unlock your cozy haven with a secret code we'll send your way the day of check-in. And voila! Park like a pro in the gravel driveway out front, but remember to leave the shared driveway clear for our lovely neighbors. Check out is at 11am, so get your beauty sleep. Just follow the check-out instructions in the hallway or via Airbnb.
