Two-room apartment with kitchenette, right on the famous square facing the sea, in the heart of Vernazza. Fully equipped, historic and special apartment, ideal for those who love the sea and the real Cinque Terre. You will feel like you are entering the heart of Vernazza and its history, living the experience of a fishermen's house from the past. Very convenient to reach, it is close to all services, the train station and the start of the paths of the Cinque Terre Natural Park.

The space
Two-room apartment with kitchenette in a unique location: right in front of the sea, you go down a few steps and you are on the beach! Represents the typical apartment of the Cinque Terre and allows you to fully immerse yourself in the life of Vernazza. Its charm is given by the exposed stones, the ceilings with beams and the unique bedroom: carved into the rock, with a "barrel" ceiling, it is quiet and cozy, ideal for a deep and sweet rest.

The house, 44 square meters and totally at your disposal, does not have a sea view (the window faces an inner room) and, being historic and very characteristic, it is not very bright but it is really perfect as a base for a stay at discovery of the sea, of nature, of the real Cinque Terre.
The house is very convenient for starting paths for walking and trekking.
All services are in the immediate vicinity:
- 200 meters from the station (downhill path, without steps, from the station to Piazza Marconi, where the accommodation is located)

Access is very simple: from the station or from the parking lot take the main road to the sea and you have arrived: that is piazza Marconi! Luckily, compared to many other typical houses of the Cinque Terre (famous for its narrow streets and for the many steps, often very steep), the access is direct and there are only a few steps to reach the first floor.

The house is truly characteristic and particular. It has exposed stones and beams on the ceiling. It is for lovers of the genre and for those who want to know the real Cinque Terre. The bedroom is romantic and unique, it has a soft and delicate reading light but it does not have direct window light. Just the fact of being a historical and typical apartment makes it less bright but the "defect" is amply compensated by the location and price!
The Tourist Tax required by the Municipality of Vernazza is already included in the price: it is my responsibility to pay it directly to the Municipality.
At your disposal you have everything you need for cooking, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, gas stove, microwave oven etc but breakfast is not included.
