This will be your perfect getaway, but more importantly, your LINK to Pittsburgh's many adventures!

The space
The 1st floor is a beautiful, spacious, open floor plan design, consisting of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Get ready to sit back and relax, because the living room is where you can enjoy your favorite show, game, or movie on the largest TV around, we wouldn't want you to miss anything!
The Dining room, having quite an abundance of room to sit, is the perfect spot to gather around with your family, after preparing your home-cooked meal in a beautiful kitchen!
Moving up to the 2nd floor, there is the bathroom and 3 bedrooms that contain all the space you need to relax and bask in the privacy these rooms provide.
Last but certainly not least, a final flight of stairs will bring you to our 3rd floor attic, where you will find additional sleeping arrangements, as well as even MORE SPACE to relax.

Only 10-15 minutes from Acrisure Stadium, Downtown's Cultural District, Rivers Casino, PPG Paints Arena, Highmark Stadium, and so much more!

A short 5 min. walk provides access to hiking, fine dining, the historic Duquesne Incline, and stunning panoramic views of our beautiful city.

Only 1 mile from the Duquesne Incline, you will find access to the Monongahela Incline, as well as, Mount Washington's business district.

Parking is free and available on the front street directly in front of the property!

Other things to note
There is a Carbon Monoxide detector located in the basement. However, there is no access granted to this area.

Neighborhood highlights

This is a very quiet and serene area, right off the main road of Grandview Ave in Mt. Washington. It is located right down the street from the top of the world, where you will for sure find one of the best views you can get of our breathtaking Pittsburgh skyline.
On the other side of Grandview Ave. (1 mile away from the Duquense Incline), you will find access to the Monongahela Incline, as well as, all your Mount Washington businesses . Take a stroll down Shiloh Street to enjoy food, bars, and local shops! From there, you will have access to other necessary stores for all your essential needs on Virginia Ave.
