The space
Welcome to VACATION! Our Modern Mountain townhome is nestled in the Laurel Woods area of Big Boulder Lake Harmony.
Surrounded by beautiful woods and rocky mountainsides, you can see the Big Boulder Ski resort from the back patio.

SUMMERTIME:
In the summer, take advantage of our membership to the Big Boulder Lake Club which provides FREE Private Beach and Pool access for all 8 guests!
You have water sport rentals available at a cost, or get some exercise on the tennis courts, basketball, soccer, cornhole or jungle gym!
Everything is close to Boulder View Tavern, an easy stroll for snacks lunch or a cold beverage.
WINTERTIME:
Big Boulder Ski and Snowboard is at the bottom of our neighborhood! super convenient for you winter enthusiasts :) Start your day at the sister mountain, Jack Frost, a short 8minute drive and get your day runs in... pop home for a hot meal, and jump over to Big Boulder for night boarding until 10pm! In a few short minutes your Apres' beverage can be in hand in front of the fire!
THE HOUSE:
We know how important a vacation is for our body and mind. Summit Wind strives to ensure you focus solely on relaxation fun and family or friends.
Our newly upgraded home has extra high cleaning standards and is outfitted for your comfort and style. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, Central Air, built in bar, worry free gas fireplace and roomy dining and game table will put you right at home.
KITCHEN:
Granite Countertops, Stainless appliances with workspace facing your guests will keep the conversations going.
Fully stocked with anything your chef might need. Help yourself to the full cookware set, Kurig and 12cup Coffee makers (yes please!), 4 slice toaster, blender and crock pot for the set-it and forget-it.
The high top seating at the kitchen island is a great way to garner some prep help or still feel a part of the fun.
1ST FLOOR LIVING & DINING
• Cozy living room w/ remote control fireplace (gas) (pullout sofa in case someone is snoring too loud!)
• Granite counters on the Bar creates a glamorous spot to craft your libations. All of the necessary glassware and shakers are ready for you

• Large En-suite Master Bathroom has high vaulted ceilings with Jacuzzi tub!
2ND FLOOR
• 2nd floor loft with Full size Futon
• 2nd Bedroom is furnished with Queen bed + Full length mirror + Smart TV
• 3rd Bedroom is furnished with Trundle bed which provides a Full size & Twin size bed + Full length mirror
• 2nd floor Full bathroom sits between both upstairs bedrooms
OUTDOOR SPACE
• Access the back patio thru the glass sliding doors. Large dining table and Gas Grill along with amazing views of Big Bouder are sure to relax

Great eats and views can be found in under 2 miles from the house!

Golfing, ATV's, Rafting, Paintball all 10 minutes away!

-All guests will sign off on Short Term Retal Agreement 48 hours after booking via DocuSign and provide proof of ID via Drivers License photo

*We INCLUDE your bedding and bath linens! If you need beach towels, please bring with you.
PARKING
￫ We have 2 parking spots directly in front of our house (it will be marked). Additional guest parking areas are directly next door, first come basis.
PLEASE NOTE...
*We do have security cameras outside of the home strictly for your safety and the house security. None are pointed into the home or at any windows.
*Guests must be 25 to book, provide valid email to accept and approve our short term rental agreement, and photo of drivers license if requested**
