Stylish, single-story, 100-m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District, with pool, garden shower, and mountain views. 5–15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights.

Very modern and brand new place to stay. Built at ground level, well thought out and planned and equipped with a lot of love for detail.

Neighborhood highlights

Approximately 100 meters above the property is a lookout point that offers a view of the entire Alpine foothills. From the house itself, you also have a view of the Salzburg mountains between two houses. In the immediate vicinity are Lake Mattsee, Lake Obertrumersee, Lake Grabensee and Lake Wallersee. Many other lakes can be reached after a short drive. In Kirchberg itself is the Hildegard von Bingen Center. In Mattighofen, nine kilometers away, you can visit the KTM Motor Hall. In 25 minutes you can reach the city of Salzburg with all its highlights.

Very close (ten minutes by car) is the holiday resort of Mattsee with a beautiful, public beach including boat rental. Here you will find two nice hotel restaurants on the lake promenade. One of them has an open fire and views of the small yacht club. Also recommended is the Stiftskeller with a protected garden.

In eight minutes by car you can reach the Lochen am See beach.
