Newly rebuilt in a historic brick building, this charming 1000 square foot apartment is spacious, comfortable and so unique. This apartment sleeps 5+, with king and queen bedrooms, and a comfortable queen sofa bed. Polished original concrete floors, high ceilings, luxury terrazzo tiled walk in shower, reclaimed Victorian era oak throughout make this apartments so special. Steps from Duluth’s Lakewalk and located near Lester River Park, Brighton Beach, the North Shore and Lake Superior Brewing!

The space
Stay in Duluth’s first Brewtel, tour/dine in at Lake Superior Brewing (currently open Tuesday-Friday 3-10 pm and Saturday 11am-10 pm) , and rest at ease at one of our guest accommodations. We pay the entire airbnb fees saving you 15 percent compared to most other listings!

Once a former fitness center, garage, hardware store, beauty salon, pharmacy and more, this historic brick building in Lakeside/Lester Park has been renovated to be the new home of Lake Superior Brewing offering a Brewery, full Kitchen and Bar and three “Brewtel” guest accommodations. The studio apartment and 2 bedroom apartment are located on the east end of the building with its own private entrance. Extra care was put into designing the apartments to be private, comfortable and quiet from the rest of the building and each other. The 2+ bedroom house is directly behind the brewery building nestled next to the Lakewalk and surrounded by gardens. We take pride in keeping our guest accommodations sparkling clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay.

Guest access
Parking is available in the brewery parking lot at the west end of the building. Street parking is also available out front (Superior Street is a snow emergency route so always plowed) on both sides of the street, alternate sides/week on the the avenue. Please see guest book for the city of Duluths parking rules.

Other things to note
Per the City of Duluth’s licensed lodging requirements please send names, and addresses of guests booking along with a vehicle plate number. It’s helpful to have an estimated check in and check out time too.

Removed from the hustle and bustle of touristy hot spots. The Brewtel is located in the Lakeside/Lester Park neighborhood, on the east end of Duluth Minnesota. Nestled right next to the Lakewalk (the Lakewalk stretches from Canal Park to the North Shore of Lake Superior) and walking distance to liquor stores, gas stations, and a grocery store. In this neighborhood there is Amity Coffee, Snap fitness center, Sammys Pizza, New London Cafe and our newly opened gastro pub at Lake Superior Brewery next door! Lots of options at your finger tips for hiking, cross country skiing, biking and running at the nearby Lester Park, Superior Hiking Trail and more.
