The space
Borrowdale Hills Villa & Events Venue is a private luxury estate set in a peaceful and secure area of Philadelphia, Harare, overlooking the prestigious Borrowdale Golf Estate. Positioned within a mountainous landscape, the property enjoys sweeping valley views and memorable sunsets.

The three-storey villa is thoughtfully designed for comfort, privacy, and seamless group living, and includes:
• Ten spacious en-suite bedrooms
• A large, fully equipped kitchen
• Two comfortable living areas with DStv
• A formal dining area suitable for group meals
• A private study
• A fully equipped gym
• A bar area with a pool table
• Two guest toilets
• Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
• Backup power supply and on-site water storage tanks for uninterrupted stays

Guest access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa and all on-site amenities throughout their stay. The property offers ample secure indoor and outdoor parking and is situated in a peaceful setting with an on-site groundsman and evening security patrols.

Use of the property for events, conferences, or organised gatherings is available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost. All event-related services, infrastructure, and coordination must be facilitated directly by the host. External vendors are not permitted without prior approval.

Catering, décor, and music or PA systems are not included in the accommodation rate and may be arranged separately, subject to host approval.

Other things to note
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, and guests are asked to be mindful of noise levels at all times. Quiet hours apply in the evenings, and amplified music is only permitted with prior approval.

The maximum overnight occupancy is 22 guests. Any events, gatherings, or additional visitors must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees.

For guests’ comfort, the property is equipped with backup power and water storage systems to ensure continuity of services.
