The space
Second story private studio suite with a private entrance and private bathroom. It is located above our shop/garage and you'll access the space via stairs.

The room has the following:

-California King bed - Medium firmness.

-Compact dining set with 2 chairs & 1 stool.

-Mid Sized Refrigerator - A small Brita pitcher is inside for your use and free bottled water also!

-Single-cup coffee maker w/ coffee, decaf, and tea, and disposable necessities.

-Microwave

-Twin sized sofa bed - Please request linens if needed.

-50" Smart ROKU TV - Has just about every streaming site available. It will be in guest mode so you can log into your accounts, and can set it to log out automatically on your checkout date. Some of the pre-loaded channels do not require a log-in.

-Shower is large, with a tall shower head. Does not have a bathtub basin.

-Sink Vanity with open drawer storage. Hair dryer, hair curler, and flat iron are in one of the drawers for your use. Also, first aid supplies are available.

-Basic toiletries are provided: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Bar Soap (Facial/Body)

-Firepit area behind the garage is open for your use, except during extreme weather conditions. Wood is provided-located under the entrance stairs. If you plan to do a fire, let us know and we'll set out supplies like lighter, paper and hatchet.

Guest access
Please park under the covered RV carport parking area.

The entrance stairs are located in the carport area.

Super easy self check-in, and door code will be confirmed in a message on the morning of check-in day. It will the last 4 digits of your phone number on Airbnb.

Other things to note
Enjoy the space! We're pretty centrally located, just a block off Hwy 101, and the studio is still surprisingly peaceful!
