Beautiful area

Guests love this home’s scenic location.
This recently remodeled studio condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the lake where you have a private boat slip on buckhorn bay, and also a short walk to Moors Resort and Ralph's Harborview Bar & Grill!

There is parking available for either 2 vehicles, or 1 truck and trailer. You also have 110v electric at the dock so you can charge your batteries right at the dock.

The space
707 sq ft 1st floor, 2 queen beds, studio condo, with front and back patio, with large propane griddle on back porch.

This condo was completely remodeled in 2021 with modern, lake themed design and decor.

At the waterfront you have a picnic table and firepit (this is a shared space with the adjacent unit).

Dock - This rental includes the use of 1 COVERED slip in our dock. Electricity is available next to every docking point. An additional slip might be available upon request, please confirm with us if you need to dock a second boat. ALSO, at summer pool water level (359'), there is about 6 ft of water at the end of the dock and 4 ft at the front. If the lake is low, we cannot guarantee the water depth at our dock.

2 TVs, both are smart TVs

Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials

free WiFi, parking for 2 vehicles or 1 truck and trailer (if you need more parking, just let us know and we will try to accomodate).

This unit comes with one covered slip in the dock. There is a sign (facing the water) showing which slip to use(coming from the water, its the slip on the right). There are 110v outlets on the side of the dock for you to use if needed.

Other things to note
At summer pool water level (359'), there is about 6 ft of water at the end of the dock and 4 ft at the front. If the lake is low, we cannot guarantee the water depth at our dock. It is normally accessible in the summer, but you may want to check the water level (you can look that up online...Airbnb won't let me post a link).
