The moment we realized the potential of this property, we were all in. Whether it was spending time with our family, or utilizing it's proximity to the numerous lakes, this was the place for us.
As we began the remodeling efforts, it became obvious to us that this place should be shared by us with those who want to enjoy the same things, and more.
The property is located right off of Hwy 270 East, within one mile from Twin Creek ramp, 10 minutes to Mount Ida, 25 minutes to Hot Springs.

The space
The property holds (2) living spaces, both being completely remodeled to meet our personal expectations of the perfect getaway. Bunkhouse CLOSED for Winter!

Plenty of room for parking vehicles, or boat/RV/ORV's. There is exterior electrical outlets, water hydrant access, and a 26'X30' covered parking.

The Winfield - a 1976 mobile home offers (2) bedrooms, w/ Queen beds, (1) bathroom, living room with space for an inflatable bed.

Bunkhouse - single unit with (3) beds, cable TV, and private bathroom.
*Bunkhouse availability is for (5) or more guests, or for guests with special housing needs.

Guest access
When booked, guests will be given a code to access property which is your personal code throughout the stay. Code will be changed at time of checkout.

Other things to note
The use of this property for crypto style currency mining or any related activities is strictly prohibited. This includes the use of the property’s electrical system, internet service, or any other resources for the purpose of mining digital currencies. Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of the rental agreement and may result in immediate termination of your stay, forfeiture of any deposits, and potential charges for excessive utility usage or property damage. Activities will be reported to AirBNB.

The initial plan was to share this amazing space near Lake Ouachita for travelers to experience themselves and to make memories. Now, it has grown into so much more. You will leave happy, and as an part of our extended family.
