A Miner's Cottage nestled in a beautiful stand of aspen trees = a quiet retreat just for you!
The property is surrounded by protected wooded green space with the Taylor Run trail adjacent on the northwest side. The Owners Club, pools & lake are accessible by hiking/ 5 minute drive.
Enjoy bird watching, fishing, hiking and picnicking without driving anywhere!

The space
A private house (1700 sq ft) on a 1 acre lot. You will be staying on the edge of the woods! The 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 and there is plenty of room for guests to have their own space in the upper or lower levels.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

Upon entrance the main floor has a queen bedroom with private bath making that room very easily accessible.

There is a screened porch and a number of extra activities both inside and out. The Owners Club pools & lake are accessible by hiking or a 5 minute drive.
If you plan to stay in you can watch a movie on the big screen projector downstairs while others gather upstairs.

This is NOT a townhome with any attached property. The entire house and property will be yours during your stay! It is located on one acre.

Guest access
You will receive the entrance code for the front door keypad the day before your arrival.

There is parking for four cars in the driveway.

Winter advisory: 4 wheel drive is recommended for icy/snowy conditions.

The lake is walkable ( .5 mile downhill).

There is an Arlo door bell at the front porch that you are welcome to use to reach your host; Hailey.

Other things to note
Guests will enjoy 5 complimentary guest passes to access all the amenities in the Galena Territory. This includes the indoor / outdoor pool as well as game room, gym and fitness center.

Lake Galena is an easy .5 mile walk down the adjacent Taylor Run trail.
No need to drive!

At the Marina you will be able to rent a kayak or canoe and enjoy a picnic on the lake! (picnic back packs included with your stay but rentals’ are at guests’ cost)

The first pet is included in your stay - for a second pet there is a non refundable $50 pet fee. Sorry 2 dogs max.
