The Loft bedroom with your private entrance includes a KING sized bed and a twin bed. Window seat overlooks field and a small town with Amish buggies traveling the rural roads. Within 20 minutes of fabulous local home cooking, smorgasbord or pizza shops...really anything you want. Lancaster City is close with one Central Market a must see along with many quality eateries. Many attractions within an hours drive such as Dutch Wonderland, Longwood Gardens, Hershey and Hershey Park.

The space
Quiet country setting...back roads...Amish farms...Clip clop of buggies...YET accessible to many attractions. Sit on our back deck and watch the neighbors work in their fields. Take some time to enjoy our flower gardens and large backyard or sit on the deck with a view of the local farmland. A gazebo offers time for quiet reflection or chatting with your group. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this rural setting and if you have children with you there is a small playground. Or sit around the fire pit and enjoy the warmth on a cool evening.

Guest access
Parking is available on either side of the large overhead door at the barn and The Loft is entered from the deck located at the rear of the house. The bathroom is behind the door you will see straight ahead after entering, and the door to the steps to your room will be to your left. The Loft room has a king bed, a single bed, a rocking chair, a window seat and a small apartment sized refrigerator located in the closet that is stocked with water bottles for your use. PLEASE NOTE THE BATHROOM IS ON THE MAIN FLOOR AND YOU WILL HAVE TO USE THE STEPS TO ACCESS THE BEDROOM. Each area is for your group only. We offer coffee, tea and a light buffet breakfast in the kitchen area from 7-9:00 am if you wish. You can also enjoy your coffee on the gliding chairs on the deck and feel free to roam the backyard flower gardens if you have time. Please note that we do list a TV however it is for local channels only. If you have more than 3 guests we also offer the upstairs of the main house which is completely separate from this area with the Maximum of 8 guests (See Rural View B & B- The Gathering Room).

I will be happy to enjoy conversation with you and give you tidbits of information on local attractions and eateries.

Other things to note
This is our residence (we live on the main floor and the kitchen is for our use only) and at times there are family gatherings however we try our best to be respectful of your presence. We are a Christian family and strive to follow the ideals of Jesus teaching.
