The space
Welcome to Canary Cottage, situated on the northeast corner of the lake, offering stunning water views and overlooking rolling waves. Just a few houses back from the water, this charming cottage is only a short walk to waterfront restaurants and Papa Boos, ensuring you have everything you need right at your fingertips.

This home has been renovated with an effort to preserve the original fishing cottage charm. The first floor features a luxurious walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub. Just off the front deck is a hot tub for ultimate relaxation. The outdoor space also boasts a fire table and patio furniture, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the serene surroundings. Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms with a king, queen, and two twin beds, all equipped with ROKU TVs and comfortable memory foam mattresses. The cottage also offers a renovated kitchen, dining space, bathroom, and laundry on the first floor. Please note, this property has limited parking space for up to four cars on an incline, so a four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for snowy or icy conditions. The property is also on a well with a Kinetico filtration system. As its an older home, steps are steep and there is no bathroom on the second floor and no bedrooms on the first floor.
