Guest access
From Kisad Road, search for "Roces Road" on your navigation app. Once there, enter on the left side of the guard house and park in the open parking area. A single (1) outdoor parking space will be reserved for you. For directions to the unit, please contact our manager (contact details to be provided after booking).

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Strictly 7 PAX only, including children/infants/toddlers.
Please indicate the correct number of guests. (Airbnb will compute the final rate for you).
Children/ infants/ toddlers MUST BE DECLARED. Undeclared children will not be admitted. There is a PHP500 charge per night for every additional guest over 4 PAX and not included in the confirmed booking. (Airbnb will compute the final rate for you). Prices are already discounted.
STRICTLY NO VISITORS ALLOWED.

CHECK-IN TIME WINDOW: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM
Please inform us the day before (no later than 5:00 PM) if you plan to check-out early.
LUGGAGE DROP-OFF: should you arrive in Baguio earlier than 1:00 PM, you may leave your luggage as early as 9:00 AM. No one will be able to attend to your luggage before 9:00 AM.
Please contact us once you are entering Baguio City.

Reserved parking only for one (1) vehicle. LIMITED outdoor parking spaces for any additional cars.

Amenities are based on the number of registered guests. We provide only one towel per guest for a 2-night stay. You may request extra blankets or comforters upon check-in. There are soaps and toilet papers in the bathrooms.

During your stay, please raise any requests or other concerns between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We will not be available to attend to you beyond these times. Heavy traffic, brownout, poor cellular signal and internet connection interruptions are beyond our control especially during peak seasons.
