Cozy, family friendly home. Front door is accessed with a ramp for those guests that are stair challenged. Semi- Private courtyard is perfect for dining, sunbathing or star gazing. Master suite with private bath, 3 guest bedrooms with full bath to share. Large family Kitchen-central Island/dining area open to living room for spacious gatherings. An additional Den features wet bar, beverage fridge and work desk. Also perfect for a relaxation/reading area. Ample workspaces for business travelers.

Neighborhood highlights

The House is located on the grounds of the Legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip Campground. Situated adjacent and tucked behind the Buffalo Chip Offices and West Box office. It is not visible from the entry to the Campground parking lot. You will enjoy great spacious views of the campground in a quiet private country setting. Peaceful and scenic farmland surround your senses while being only minutes from Ft. Meade Recreation Area and the Historical town of Sturgis is approx. 1.5 miles away. You will enjoy a breathtaking, sacred view of Bear Butte and stay just minutes away from Scenic Bear Butte State Park. Located close to Black Hills Offroad Trail system for ATV/UTV explorations. The house is not available to rent from July 19, 2023-August 16, 2023 due to other hosting's during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally that occurs annually.
